Be Open. Be Ready. Look for Opportunities to be Kind
Today I prayed for ideas on ways to be kind.
My first opportunity came at a restaurant. A little girl dropped a dollar and walked off. I picked up the dollar and ran after her, giving it to her mother. “She dropped this,” I said.
Then at the store, there was an elderly man looking at firewood. He had a cane, and I couldn’t see him carrying the firewood by himself, so I approached him and asked if he needed help. He said that he was just looking, but he seemed grateful that I asked.
Inside the store, I found a bouquet of beautiful flowers. Uncertain who to give them to, I got into the check-out line. I only had two items, but a man came behind me with one, so I let him go first.
I bought my mother her favorite candy bar, and I had the flowers but no one to give them to. Before I could reach my car, I spied a woman maybe in her mid thirties coming in my direction. With a big smile on my face, I skipped up to her and said “Ma’am, these are for you!”
She looked around and back at me and said, “Me?”
I said, “Yes, they’re for you. God bless you, and have a wonderful day!”
I then turned and walked away. My mom, who was waiting in the car, said the lady had a big smile on her face… and she (Mom) enjoyed her chocolate bar.

@StoicObserverS Then I filled up my prius while doing so a woman driving a full sized gas guzzler approached me requesting money for fuel. I said not one word to her cold shoulder all the way. Then I drove 5 yards to get my wife at the store door. I told my wife what was said to the letter then my wife gave her all the ones she had in her hand $3 the woman asked for $1 she got $3. Why bc my wife&I have been there too and I would? not disrespect Nat giving $ to another woman without her approval.
@StoicObserverS Not looking for anything from you I have been there? done that and I hope to prevent a good hearted person from being taken. I ate a fine meal last night my waiter got a $15 tip see there are so many beats out there that I have found I get execellent service when I sit down and hand the server $5 and tell them “This is not your tip but an assurance that we are not beats”. I told you I had a suicide attempt does that sound mentally stable? With that said you called me a fat? drug addict it is clear that I am overweight I am not a drug addict I have kept my nature pure since my teens I have the proof with all the drug screens I have taken. @cdltpx I have had several people go to court and bear false witness against me. I have also had people stalk me because they were paid to do it, lie about me? publicly and seek to destroy me financially, emotionally & mentally. They do not dictate who I am. They cannot make me an unloving, uncaring, unkind person by their evil intentions against me. What they intended to cause me harm, G-d has used to glorify Himself. You cannot harm yourself and blame others. That is your choice.

You can? be a great person literally save lives every where you go it takes one person to stand before a judge and say something else and you have got a major issue the courts see nothing but money you are there to pay them. I use to be extremely generous until someone Barri Torrito Aucoin? went before a judge and lied about me saying I stole from her she knows that is not true and she should never be trusted. She was a good reason why I overdosed when I did.

This book will leave a mark on your heart and your soul. It has always been said that the animal kingdom treats its members with much more kindness than humans do and this book is a testament to the compassion and love that our animal world has for itself and all the rest of us!

This book is a must-have if you know an animal lover or if you are one yourself. It tells many wonderful stories on animals acting in brave ways to show kindness to people and to other animals. It’s very inspirational and it makes you respect animals a lot more.

I listened to this book on tape on my morning walk. I’ve listened to it many times and it always starts my day off with a positive feeling. It inspired me to do kind things for people – like giving 10 hamburgers to a homeless man with my son. He told his class and many children went out that week and did more kind things so that they could share their kind acts with the class. It had a great ripple effect.

|Kindness is a word we all need to apply dailyin our lives.,
I found this book to be of good value. It helped me to remember my fellow man. It deals with all aspects of how our kindness effects not only others bur our own life. I have read this book more than a dozen times. I find it helps when iam depressed or sad.
